Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy. This welded tube to ASTM B704 standard delivers high tensile strength, excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking. It maintains stable performance under high temperature and aggressive corrosive media. It is widely used in heat exchangers, condensers, offshore oil & gas, marine engineering, chemical processing and power generation equipment.

• Laser, plasma, waterjet and saw cutting in-house. Surface finish per PO: mirror-polished, No. 1, 2B or BA. Heat treatment and annealing quoted per batch. CNC machining and edge preparation quoted as separate line items.
• Export packing to your shipping mark, bundle weight and pallet type.
• Plate from high-precision rolling mills and vacuum melting furnaces. Ultrasonic flaw detection and mechanical testing on the batch. Reports ship with the goods. Heat number traceable from melt to cut blank. MTC available before PO release.
• Lead time quoted against rolling schedule and cutting queue.

 

 

Every Inconel 625 welded tube is visually checked, dimensioned, chemistry-tested and tensile-tested. Hydrostatic test and UT/ET run on the batch. Results go into the inspection record.

SGS inspection and third-party witness inspection are booked on request.

Mill Test Certificates come as EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, whichever your PO calls for. 

To prevent damage in transit, tubes are wrapped with plastic film and anti-rust paper, bundled and fixed on robust steel pallets or wooden supports. The heat number, grade and batch code are clearly marked on each package for full traceability. We arrange international shipment by sea, air or》to guarantee on-time delivery and safe arrival.
