Hastelloy X Bar is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based superalloy. The main solid solution strengthening elements are Mo, W and Cr, which have good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The alloy has good high temperature performance and can be used below 900°C for a long time, and the short-term working temperature can reach 1080°C. It is mainly used to manufacture high-temperature parts such as blades and combustion chamber parts of aero-engines. The damage forms such as thermal cracks and ablation are now repaired by welding. At the same time HastelloyX alloy can resist carbonization and nitriding.
